      Hi, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We checked your order in our system, and it shows that it was processed and dispatched from our end on time, but unfortunately, the shipment was later marked as RTO (Return to Origin).


      RTO can happen due to reasons such as an incorrect/incomplete address or the customer being unavailable to receive the order/calls.


      We did our part by processing and dispatching the order on time. Once dispatched, successful delivery also depends on the customer being available to receive the shipment and providing the correct delivery details.
